As a Physical Therapist our responsibility to our patients is two fold. One to use our skill set, and two to educate. A patient who understands what they are going through, and how we intend to help them will always do better! The mission of this site is to help provide help in both these areas. You will see a high variety of topics focused toward either Patients, Therapists, or Both.

As a Physical Therapist with 15 years experience, and treating spanning across outpatient, homecare, subacute rehab and long term care; you are allowed a greater understanding of where a patient is coming from and where they are headed. As practitioners it is important to stay humble enough to know that we are always learning from each other and that is what this site is about.
